    Shipping and Delivery Policy



    First: Order Processing


    • All orders are processed within 24 business hours, seven days a week.


    • Fridays, Saturdays, official holidays, and Eid holidays are not considered business days.


    • Orders received after 12:00 PM will be processed the following day.


    • Orders received on Thursdays after 12:00 PM will be processed the following Sunday.



    Second: Shipping Information and Customer Information


    • The shipping information is issued according to the mobile number registered during order placement.


    • If the mobile number is changed later, it will not be updated automatically.

    Third: Shipping Costs


    • Shipping fees are calculated automatically based on the weight of the products and the delivery distance.


    • All orders are shipped directly from the warehouse via approved shipping companies.


    • Orders cannot be picked up from showroom branches.



    Fourth: Shipment Tracking and Delivery


    • Customers can track their shipment status through the orders page in their account on the website.


    • The delivery company will attempt delivery only twice.


    • If there is no response or an incorrect address, the shipment will be returned to the sender.


    • A precise delivery date cannot be guaranteed due to varying shipment sizes and the use of specialized transport vehicles.



    ⚠️ Note:


    Online orders do not include installation, and delivery is limited to the building or home location only; delivery to upper floors or offices is not permitted.


    Fridays, Saturdays, official holidays, and public holidays are not considered working days.



    ⏱️ Fifth: Shipping Time


    • Delivery time varies depending on the chosen shipping company and the customer's location within the Kingdom.


    • If the customer postpones receiving the order or does not respond to the delivery representative, delivery will be rescheduled only once, or the shipment will be returned to the sender.



    ⚖️ Important Notes


    • Leaders Company reserves the full right to cancel any order and refund payments to the same payment method if the requested product is unavailable.


    • The company reserves the right to package products in a manner that ensures their safety during shipping.



    Return Fees


    If the shipment is not received or the order is canceled after shipment:


    - The customer is responsible for the following:


    • One-way shipping fee (100 per package).


    • Return shipping fee (100 per package).


    • Even if shipping was free or discounted on the original invoice.



    • Banking channel fees are deducted according to the payment method used, as detailed below.


    • The remaining amount will be refunded to the customer after the company's warehouses receive the returned product.


    The breakdown of electronic payment channel fees is as follows:


    - Mada - 2.5% of the invoice or order value, payable within 7 business days.


    - Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, STC Pay) - 4% of the invoice or order value, payable within 7 business days.


    - Installment payments for Tabi/Tamara/MISPAY/Madfou3/Imkan - 10% of the invoice or order value, payable within 14 business days.


    Disclaimer of Damage


    The user assumes all risks associated with using Leaders products, including any risk or damage resulting from misuse of the products. The company bears no legal responsibility in this regard.
